How long have you been in business?
Becker Wright Consultants was founded in 2003 by Jennifer Wright. When asked what inspired her to found her own firm she says, “I am a lover of humanity! Recruiting is the ultimate puzzle that demands intuitiveness, determination, negotiating skills, sales, and empathy. I love every second of initial conversations with both candidates and clients and truly listening to their needs and wants for their next career move or for their open position.”
Can you provide client references?
Absolutely. We’re happy to provide references upon request to share more about our experience and the long-term partnerships we’ve built with our clients.
What is your recruiting process?
Our process is hands-on, intentional, and built around relationships. Each search is led by a dedicated and experienced recruiter who knows when to say “no” more than “yes.” Here’s what that looks like:
- We go beyond resumes, postings, and applications, having real conversations to understand candidate motivations and client needs.
- We bring years of experience navigating tough conversations (like compensation) while always keeping the best interests of both client and candidate in mind.
- We reject more candidates than we submit, ensuring that only the best fits are considered.
- In rare cases, we’ve even pulled offers if we believed the fit wasn’t right—because long-term success matters more than quick placements.
- We pride ourselves on submitting at least two qualified, interview-ready candidates within 7–10 business days of launching a search for direct placement and even as quick as within 24-48 hours on a staffing need.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. All of our contracts include a minimum 90-day replacement guarantee if a candidate does not work out. We tailor each agreement to fit the search, but a minimum 90-day guarantee is standard on direct placement searches.
