Reid Bacon joined the BWC Staffing team in January of 2025. He focuses on the manufacturing and production and data center industries in both recruiting and business development. He says having the opportunity to help clients achieve their goals and providing candidates with stable, and oftentimes life altering jobs, is what makes his job so fulfilling. Reid graduated from Texas State University in 2022 with a degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections, where he also played rugby. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his wife, cook, hike and be outdoors, and support all things Denver sports. As a Denver native, Reid is a massive Broncos, Avs, and Nuggets fan.
