Erik Fuentes joined Becker Wright Consultants in April 2026 as a Staffing Recruiter, bringing a well-rounded background in full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing, skilled trades, and corporate functions. Prior to BWC, Erik served as an HRBP–Recruiter supporting multiple sites across several states, where he developed a strong foundation in workforce forecasting, proactive pipeline building, and talent strategy. He enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers to coach them on structured interviewing and helping drive thoughtful, data-informed hiring decisions. Outside of work, Erik stays active through lifting, running, and pickleball, and he recently launched a local run club focused on building community. He’s also an avid gamer (PS5) and enjoys exploring new food spots, specifically always on the lookout for great sushi.
