Justin joined the BWC team in May 2023 and comes to us with roughly 12 years of recruiting experience. He began his recruiting career with Aerotek in 2008, previously ran the real estate agent recruiting for all Coldwell Banker offices in Austin, and has plenty of engineering and IT/software staffing experience. Justin lives in south Austin with his wife Erica and 2 young sons. He is a big UT sports fan, loves to play golf, coach his sons sports teams, and smokes meats in his free time.
