Becker Wright Consultants Ranks #4,430 on the 2024 Inc. 5000

For the 7th year, Becker Wright Consultants is honored to rank among the country’s fastest growing private companies on the Inc. 5000. With a 94% three-year growth rate, BWC comes in at #4,430 on the 2024 list of companies.

BWC is a nationwide recruiting and staffing firm which just celebrated it’s 21st year in business. The company debuted on the Inc. 5000 in 2016 at #360 and was last ranked in 2023 at #3,157. Only a few companies in the US can say they’ve been listed repeatedly. According to Mike Hofman, Editor-in-Chief of Inc., only 1.5% of companies have made the list 7 times.

To break the ranking down further:

• BWC is ranked 112th among other Austin-based companies, and 419th in Texas.
• Among other Human Resources companies, BWC ranks 171st.
• Combining those two metrics, only five HR companies in Austin made this year’s list.
