According to the State of Women-Owned Business Report, commissioned by American Express OPEN, Women entrepreneurs now own 30% of all enterprises in the United States. Geographically, Texas ranks 2nd in the nation for fastest growth in the number of women-owned firms.
The report outlines the economic impact of female business owners saying, “As of 2015, it is estimated that there are just over 9.4 million women-owned businesses in the United States, generating nearly $1.5 trillion in revenues and employing over 7.9 million people.”

Jennifer’s success as a recruiting professional is due to her personal approach to working with clients and candidates. Says Jennifer, “I truly believe that I become an extension of every client with whom I work. Each client has his own personality, philosophies, and ideas about what makes a great candidate.
