Anthony brings more than 15 years of experience recruiting for tech and non-technical roles and joined the BWC team in April 2026. He has previously worked in-house for tech unicorns such as Databricks, Splunk, CoreWeave, and more in the SF Bay Area. In addition to talent acquisition, he is a published author of more than 30 books. Anthony now lives in Incline Village, Nevada with his wife and two Alaskan Klee Kai puppies.
