Cassidy joined the BWC recruiting team in January 2024, coming to us with experience in corporate recruiting, specifically for roles in engineering, manufacturing, IT, supply chain, and quality. She is eager to deepen her knowledge alongside experienced colleagues and into the healthcare sector. Cassidy is a Pacific Northwest native and Oregon State University alum (’21) with a BS in Business Management, specializing in Human Resource Management and Psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys being on the water, hosting game night dinners, experimenting in the kitchen, engaging in web design, working out, and restoring antique furniture.
