Danika Melia has over 20 years of staffing and recruiting experience. She graduated from Trinity University in the spring of 1996 with a BS in Marketing. She spent 8 years in corporate recruiting at Dell, Inc. During her tenure at Dell, Danika had the opportunity to work across many different business units; recruiting for a variety of roles in Marketing, Sales, and Engineering. She joined forces with Becker Wright Consultants as a contract recruiter in 2004 and has enjoyed specializing in Retail Development. Danika resides in Lakeway with her husband and 3 children.
