Diane joined BWC in 2014 and is a versatile Human Resources professional with an IT industry background. The majority of her career prior to joining Becker Wright was with IBM where she worked as a Programmer Analyst, IT Auditor, and Project Manager. She holds Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designations and is a Baylor University alum. In her prominent role with our company, Diane oversees our HR processes, operations, tools, and technologies. She currently lives in Austin, Texas, and has two children. When she isn’t working, Diane is spending time with her daughter, son, and husband.
