Elise joined the BWC team as a Sourcer in May 2026. She is originally from Austin and is excited to move back after graduating from Texas A&M in Spring 2027. She’s currently studying Communication and Journalism in College Station while supporting our Staffing Division in a sourcing role. Outside of work and school, Elise enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going on walks, and trying new recipes. She also loves exploring Austin and finding new places to eat and things to do.
