Juan Meneses joined the BWC Staffing Division as a Recruiter in 2025. He came to us with five years of staffing and recruitment experience, specializing in manufacturing, logistics, construction, and industrial roles. Juan graduated from Texas State University in 2019 and enjoys working closely with both clients and candidates to find the right long-term fit. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, working toward personal fitness goals, being involved in his kids’ activities, and watching sports including the NBA, soccer, and Formula 1.
