Lily Rodier graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Psychology and joined the BWC Staffing Team in June 2026. She is excited to grow her career in recruiting and help connect talented professionals with opportunities where they can succeed. Originally from Connecticut and now based in Austin, Lily enjoys building relationships and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, spending time with friends, and taking long walks along the lake.
