Marc Holdaway began his career in recruiting in 1998 working with one of the largest search firms in Houston. He has established and built recruiting practices in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Shipping and Marine Engineering. Marc has experience recruiting for the largest companies in the world as well as early stage start-ups and everything in-between. He spent 4 years in-house building a Cyber-Security start-up as the head of HR through a successful sale. Most recently, he has established a recruiting practice focused on emerging Sustainable Technologies, including but not limited to Renewable Energy, Battery Technology, Electric Propulsion and Advanced Materials and Composites.
