BWC Wins Top Contingency & Top Temporary Staffing Awards in 2023

Each year, Austin Business Journal publishes the list of top recruitment firms in Central Texas. Our 2023 rankings are #5 Top Contingency Search Firms and #8 Top Temporary Staffing Firm.

For the ninth consecutive year, Becker Wright Consultants proudly ranks in the top 6 for Top Contingency Search Firms coming in at #5. The list is based on total number of placements made, with BWC making 74 direct placements in 2022. We partner with companies nationwide to build long-term talent solutions and fill their open roles across a variety of industries. A few of our main areas of focus for direct placement recruiting include commercial real estate and development, multifamily and commercial construction, engineering, technology, oil and gas, sales, and medical services.

BWC debuted on the Top Temporary Staffing Firms list in 2017 after adding the division to our company services in 2016 and has been ranked consistently ever since — that’s seven consecutive years! We’ve moved up from our first ranking of sixteen to being ranked #8 on this year’s list based on total hours billed. Our Staffing Division focuses on light industrial, professional services, medical device, manufacturing, production, engineering, and more in Central Texas and beyond.

These awards are a testament to our entire company’s hard work and we love being able to recognize our recruiters on both the Direct Placement and Staffing sides of our business. Last month, BWC celebrated our 20th business anniversary and a ranking on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies for the sixth time.  In addition to these accolades, Becker Wright Consultants was also featured on ABJ’s list of Top Woman-Owned Businesses and we find out our ranking on the ABJ Fast 50 next month.
